Tasting note
The clear and firm lines of a large Nebbiolo wine develop a fruity structure, a tannin texture with bite and a complex, rich aroma: notes of fruit (plums, blackberries) and perfectly integrated aging aromas (caramel, vanilla) enchant the nose. It is a structured wine that has potential and complexity. This large plant needs time because it has the plants to mature and grow in harmony.
