Für diese Hommage an das 160-jährige Bestehen des Weinguts wird ausschließlich bestes Le-segut verwendet. Die Trauben werden bis Ende November auf Gittern getrocknet, bevor es zu einer Mazeration mit Wein aus frischem Lesegut kommt. Im Gaumen komplex, überzeugendes Aroma nach Unterholz, Veilchen & Rosinen; schöne Struktur, rund, langanhaltend.
