Tasting note
Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate spiciness, dark berry jam, fine heart cherry, attractive bouquet. Juicy, elegant, fresh structure, integrated tannin, blackberries on the finish, perfect accompaniment to food.

This wine goes well with grilled meat, pasta dishes and mild cheeses.
Vinification
Hand harvesting, manual sorting before processing, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for 10 days, pouring in the mash cake through air circulation, followed by biological acid degradation, aging in large wooden barrels.
