About the wine
Love for nature and the cultural heritage of wine drives the Hundsdorfer family to obtain optimal starting material for great wines. The aim is to express the terroir of the Neckenmarkt wine mountains in the best possible way in order to create a unique drinking experience. The winery covers 20 hectares of vineyards, which was the first Burgenland company to be rewarded with 3 state winners in one year and several awards.

Tasting note
Strong, dark red with purple edges, fruity aromas of ripe cherries and sour cherries in the foreground. Dry wine that is rounded off on the palate and has a fruity note and a voluminous body.
Culinary recommendation
Beef, mushrooms, lasagna and cheese
Vinification
Mash fermentation at 28°C, reassembly daily for 12 days, then ageing in steel tanks.
