About the wine
Wine tradition since 1758 meets modernity — Sissi approved. Fruity with cassis and red currants, wonderfully easy to enjoy.

Tasting note
The Zweigelt appears in the glass with aromas of blueberry, cassis, cherry, currant, a touch of tobacco and fine white pepper. Dry, with a firm acid structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled poultry, mushroom dishes and soft cheeses.
Vinification
In the cellar, it all starts with a two-day cold maceration. Crushing is followed by spontaneous maceration over 12 days. The wine is then aged in old wooden barrels for 12 months before it is left to rest in the bottle for another month.
