About the wine
Even as a little boy, he played in the vineyards and dealt with the honesty of nature early on. Erich Sattler was shaped by this. In 2000, he took over the estate from his parents. And it works according to his ideas.

Tasting note
This very harmonious and very dark wine is fruity, sustainable and rich. The intense scent of blackberry and blueberry rises to the nose, along with some cherry and roasted aromas and a hint of coffee. Soft tannins, harmonious fruitiness, toasty notes and a long finish round off the enjoyment on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, grilled or fried and veal with dark sauces.
