Tasting note
Dark red to purple color. On the nose, full aroma of ripe black berries and some plum compote. On the palate, a wide sustainable fruit range of cassis and blackberries. A persistently long and beautiful finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with steaks, roast beef, duck, goose
Vinification
A selection of the best vineyards. The grapes are crushed for three weeks, after which the young wine is aged for a further 12 in barriques (one third of them new).
