Tasting note
Color: Dark garnet red with purple hues. Aroma: Wonderfully fruity on the nose. Fine notes of sour cherries and vanilla, with subtle roasted aromas. Character: An elegant cuvée. Full-bodied and dense on the palate. It's just nice to enjoy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, game, game pies and stews.
Vinification
25 months at 50% in new American oak barriques and 50% in used French barrels.
