About the wine
The new one from Schiterberg: The young vines of this terroir were used to produce an exciting white wine, which was completely aged in steel tanks. The innovative winemaker at the time, Bruno Wetli, suggested that in addition to Blauburgunder and Riesling Sylvaner, Sauvignon Blanc be planted on Schiterberg — a decision that gives the wine its particular freshness and expressiveness.

Tasting note
Fine pale yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet has a subtle grapefruit and gooseberry note in addition to a slightly greenish component. Moderate salary.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal with poached fish or asparagus. Very suitable as an aperitif wine with light puff pastry.
