About the wine
The Cuvée Weiss Canton Zurich was created at the request of numerous catering customers. The first prototype was created in 2016 during the frost-related wine shortage and officially relaunched in 2018. The result is a balanced, tasty wine that is easily accessible — a real passe-partout that is a pleasure.

Tasting note
Fine pale yellow. Sweet fruit aromas, lively, fresh. Round, fruity and fine on the palate.

Ideal aperitif wine. It goes particularly well with local fish dishes, chicken breasts, vitello tonnato or creamy soft cheese.
