About the wine
The wine comes from young vines that grow next to the “Himmelsleiterli”. The first Chardonnay harvest was impressive with 85 degrees of Oechslegrad. Half of the wine was therefore aged in barriques and the other half in steel tanks in order to preserve the typical character of the variety. After the blend, the result was a wine of special character that is second to none.

Tasting note
Light golden yellow. In the bouquet, elegant barrique notes in addition to its fruitiness. The palate is powerful, with pleasant acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, fried salmon tranches or veal and poultry. Mild Tilsiter or Emmental cheese is suitable as cheese.
