About the wine
Finca Piedra Infinita is a Malbec that comes from a careful selection of plots that grow on the shallower soils. It is a real mountain wine at 1100 above sea level.

Tasting note
Its aromas reveal fresh red fruits and herbal notes. It has Kraftolletannins, excellent acidity and a chalky texture that is typical of this region. It can be enjoyed now or stored for many years. It is a true “mountain wine”.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta & pizza, Mediterranean cuisine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. The containers are filled by gravity to ensure careful processing. Fermentation with local yeasts takes place in concrete tanks, while all wine ages in concrete tanks to preserve its character.
