Tasting note
Intense ruby with purple reflections. In this blend, Plavac Mali, Babić and Syrah go well together and make a lovely wine with wonderful aromas of red fruits and Mediterranean spices. This is a medium-bodied wine with soft tannins, pleasant acidity and freshness. Finally attractively balanced with good aromatic persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with suckling pig, pizza, pasta and spicy cheeses.
Vinification
After strict selective manual harvesting, the grapes are transported directly to the cellar and processed. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The expansion is carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
