Tasting note
Dense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, delicate scent of blackberries, plums and a touch of white pepper. Nice freshness on the palate, very full-bodied with notes of sour cherries and cocoa. Velvety tannins with an elegant finish.
Vinification
Mash fermentation takes place for 8 days at a temperature of between 24 and 26 °C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The subsequent aging takes place for 6 months in used French and American oak barrels.
