Tasting note
Bright yellow. On the nose, typical Sauvignon notes, fresh fruit, citrus, white flowers. Fresh and wonderfully fruity on the palate, facile à boire with exciting aromas of peach, lemon and grapefruit What no one immediately noticed was that the organic wine has no alcohol at all. ZERO. The base wine with little acid was dealcoholized in vacuo with very little heat under pressure in a centrifuge. Perfectly successful, a great organic pike from Fréderic Brochet.
