Tasting note
It's memorable: its unparalleled ruby red gives every occasion an extravagant touch. The Zero Point Five Pinot Noir alkoholfrei aromas of mushrooms and caramel candy express a lot of finesse with a very special structure. Next, the refreshing nuances of raspberry, cherry and vanilla reveal their own character. With subdued, finely developed tannins, medium-strong body and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine shows its flawless texture.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Goes well with cheese, red meat and salmon.
Vinification
Gently dealcoholized using the latest cellar technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is heated to a maximum of 27°C, which causes the alcohol it contains to evaporate. Due to the low boiling temperature of alcohol in a vacuum, the important taste remains.
