About the wine
The history of the Leitz family winery from Rüdesheim dates back to 1744 and is still one of the best in Germany today. How nice that they also have a non-alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon. Much more than just a compromise!
Tasting note
The ZERO-POINT-FIVE Cabernet Sauvignon offers an appealing red wine character that is clean and fresh. It brings with it a hint of ripe cassis and berry flavor, as well as dark cherries and aromas of blackcurrants, blueberries and chocolate, and the soft tannins ensure a pleasantly dry finish. Of course, a non-alcoholic red wine will never have the same depth, structure and mouthfeel as a wine with alcohol, but our alternative is close and it is now much more than just a compromise.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with ribeye steak, red meat and Gruyère burgers
Vinification
Gently dealcoholized using the latest cellar technology. In the vacuum evaporator, the wine is heated to a maximum of 27°C, which causes the alcohol it contains to evaporate. Due to the low boiling temperature of alcohol in a vacuum, the most important flavor remains.
