Tasting note
Rich ruby red color. A bit subdued in the nose at the beginning, followed by black fruits, subtle roasted aromas, cocoa and tobacco. In the background, rushes, cloves and curry. Fresh, juicy palate start. Has a very balanced and youthful effect. Ripe, integrated tannins that give the feeling; the wine still has a lot of potential. Elegant and long-lasting finish.

Goes well with beef, venison, vegetables
Vinification
Deserted grapes, the juice ferments in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Long maceration. Ageing: twelve months in 300-liter barrels of French and Portuguese oak.
