Tasting note
Strong, clear yellow. Open on the nose, mineral notes paired with ripe yellow fruits. On the palate, it is well structured, fresh with well-integrated acidity, citrus aromas and yellow fruits present with a medium finish of the mineral end

Vinification
Handpick. Maceration of the skin for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at a temperature of 12ºC for 5 weeks.
