About the wine

AVY (Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne) is a cooperative winery founded in 1902. Today, the team consists of ten professionals who cellar, vinify and commercialize Swiss wine production from around 120 members. They mainly produce white, red, sweet and sparkling wines that meet the requirements of the Yvorne Chablais AOC appellation, and process the harvest of 55 hectares of vines, i.e. a good third of the total 160 hectares covered by the production zone. The exceptional wines of Vaud combine traditional know-how and modern techniques. Looking ahead, you're trying to build even more generous and elegant Crus. For this reason, your Swiss wines are regularly honored and rewarded.
