About the wine
The bouquet has fruity aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits as well as a mineral note. The taste of the wine is youthful and racy. The balanced white wine beautifully shows off its terroir character.

Tasting note
Light straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of white flowers, citrus and ripe apples. Refreshing on the palate, with fine minerality and elegant fruitiness.
Culinary recommendation
A great accompaniment to cheese fondue, raclette or cheese slices, to dried meat or blue trout.
Vinification
The Chasselas grapes are pressed by hand immediately after harvesting. After vinification, the young wine matures in stainless steel tanks.
