About the wine
Founded in 1902 by 8 artisan winemakers, the AVY (Yvorne wine cooperative) commercializes 55 ha of the 160 ha of vineyards in the Yvorne appellation. It produces 85% Chasselas (47 ha) and 15% fine red wines. Today, its one hundred twenty members are resolutely future-oriented, combining tried and tested knowledge with modern techniques to produce ever more elegant wines.

Tasting note
The nose, which has floral and fruity notes, is characterized by a remarkable hint of terroir minerality and combines delicacy with force. Noticeable start in the mouth, supported by volume. Develops a pleasant roundness with fruity nuances. The intensity of the aromas highlights the balance and harmony of this wine on the finish.

Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 2019 - 2021. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Harmoniert hervorragend mit Geflügel, Apéro und Terrinen.
