About the wine
The Artisans Vignerons d'Yvorne (AVY), founded in 1902, combine the expertise of ten wine professionals and around 120 members. 55 hectares of vineyards produce first-class white, red, sweet and sparkling wines from the Yvorne Chablais AOC appellation — a combination of traditional know-how and modern cellar technology. The results are elegant, characterful crus that regularly receive national and international awards.

Tasting note
Light yellow in the glass, with the characteristic delicate bouquet of pear, apple, exotic fruits and citrus fruit, this light, fresh white wine enchants. Its structure is round, very soft and harmonious, and the aftertaste is long and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish made from fresh and salt water, seafood, light poultry, fresh salads or mild cheese.
