About the wine
With the dominant Chasselas 2017 — Yvorne AOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine de L'Ovaille masters this white wine in the fertile and beautiful landscape of Vaud. Tasting note
The intense bouquet is characterized by ripe, tropical fruit (mango, melon, grapefruit). This is accompanied by aromas that are reminiscent of flower fields, hay and honey. The palate then reveals very classic, terroir-specific aromas and a typical structure, which is fruity and persistent in the finale. This Yvorne is a traditionalist who was pressed and bottled by experienced winemakers.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with apéro, aperitif, fish dishes, semi-hard cheese and soft cheese.
