About the wine
The Vaudois Chablais begins at Villeneuve. On the northern slopes of this pre-alpine region, on the limestone and marl cones above Villeneuve, Yvorne, Aigle, Ollon and Bex, the grapes ripen under the scorching hot sun and the beneficial influence of the hair dryer. Yvorne wines owe their special character precisely to this young, geologically still very fresh terrain.

Tasting note
Clear yellow with greenish reflections. Fine aroma of apricot with a nice terroir character (flint). Rich and powerful in the body, long fruit finish.
Culinary recommendation
It not only accompanies local fish dishes, but is also excellent with chicken breasts in white wine sauce or with tender veal schnitzel in creamy lemon sauce.
