About the wine
Since November 2019, Martin Suardet, son of Jean-Daniel Suardet, the winemaker crowned at the last Fête des Vignerons, has been cultivating the renowned Clos du Rocher winery in Yvorne. Complexity, body richness and minerality characterize this Chasselas from Yvorne.

Tasting note
Fruity, profound and complex. Rich, balanced, flattering, with mineral notes, combines full-bodied, race, and finesse. Wonderful golden yellow.
Culinary recommendation
Asparagus dishes, freshwater fish terrine with chervil, freshwater fish à la meunière, monkfish, roast pork, mountain cheese, Vacherin Mont d'Or.
