Tasting note
On the nose, red fruit aromas with delicate floral and slightly spicy notes. Very concentrated on the palate and with a subtle intensity. Dry but very fine and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled tuna with ginger, an eggplant tart and confit tomatoes with lemongrass or veal breast with tarragon.

24 months in amphoras of various sizes with short passages in large wooden barrels to refine the tannins
