With its surprisingly warm, humid and changeable climate, Houston offers ideal conditions for the maturation of whiskey, which under these conditions absorbs the aromas of the barrels better and develops its unique taste faster than in other producing regions.

It was blended and bottled exclusively in Texas from hand-picked barrels. Yellow Rose Rye is stored in selected barrels and is blended and bottled in Texas. Its production in small quantities makes it possible to create a rye-rich and very versatile liquid. Made by hand in the oldest legal distillery in Houston, Texas, according to the best tradition. It consists of 95% American quality rye and 5% malted barley. The higher grain content compared to the competition, combined with its intense wood aroma, provides a spicy note on a fruity basis — ideal for cocktail experiments.
