About the wine
YBY is a high-quality sparkling wine that was brought to life by Stephan Claus in 2020. It is produced in the Schnaufer family's family-run winery in Württemberg. The winery was founded in 1918 and has reflected the passion for sparkling wine for four generations. They believe that it's worth celebrating life every day.
