About the wine
The “Yarden Sauvignon Blanc” shows aromatic fruit notes as well as guava, melon, pineapple and lime, rounded off by a pleasant minerality. Medium-bodied, the wine is aromatic and refreshing. The “Yarden Sauvignon Blanc” is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in vineyards on the cool northern Golan Heights. Some of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, which gives body and complexity. Consume the wine for the first 3 years for maximum enjoyment Try the wine with a combination of sea bass with avocado salsa, grilled chicken with heavily roasted pineapple as a side dish, or summer pasta with zucchini and ricotta.
