The “Yarden Malbec” features notes of ripe cherries, blackberries, plums and mulberries. These flavors are complemented by nuances of dried flowers, tobacco, spices and soil. This full-bodied wine shows attractive complexity and persistent flavor. The “Yarden Malbec” is made exclusively from Malbec grapes grown in the “Yonatan Springs” vineyards at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. The wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months. A “Yarden Malbec” can be enjoyed from the moment of purchase. However, the delicious red wine improves with patience and remains in excellent drinking condition for a decade or even longer. Try the wine with marinated flank steak, roast lamb seasoned with rosemary, or with blue cheese.
