The “Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay” reveals nuances of ripe tropical fruits, pears, lemons and peaches with properties of minerals, butter, spices and lemon peel. This aromatic Chardonnay is rich yet elegant to drink and has a lingering creamy finish. This elegant Chardonnay is produced exclusively from the finest grapes grown from the best Chardonnay vineyard blocks in the northern Golan Heights. The maturation lasts nine months, in French oak barrels. A bottle of “Yarden Katzrin Chardonnay” can be enjoyed from the moment you buy it. However, it improves with patience and should remain in excellent drinking condition for up to eight years. Serve the wine as an aperitif or with braised lamb shank, grilled turbot in a delicious lemon sauce or with a cheese platter of your favorite varieties.
