The “Yarden Gewürztraminer” is made exclusively from fruits grown on the vineyards of the cool northern Golan Heights. A “Yarden Gewürztraminer” can be enjoyed from the moment of purchase. However, the wine reaches its peak within 18 months and remains in excellent drinking condition for around three years. Serve the wine as an appetizer or pair it with spicy Korean lamb ribs, Indian curry with red lentils, or sweet potato gnocchi.
