Tasting note
The two local varieties Corvina and Trebbiano di Lugana, paired with the international variety Carmenère, lead to this elegant rosé from Pasqua. The wine is characterized by a distinctive, multi-faceted personality. Y by 11 Minutes is a rosé wine of beautiful complexity and freshness, with structure and finesse. Fruity notes on the nose and pleasantly creamy on the palate. Fresh acidity, aromas of red fruits and citrus give the wine its elegance on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light appetizers, white meat and fish dishes, as well as lightly aged cheeses.
Vinification
For final maturation, 10% of the blend is transferred to new barrels and 30% percent in second-tier barriques for four months, all made of French oak and with medium toasting.
