Tasting note
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate brightening. Dark berry jam with a delicate floral touch, some cherry fruit, a touch of precious wood spice, attractive bouquet. Good complexity, juicy, velvety, well-integrated tannins, delicate tobacco notes, black berry jam on the finish, sticks very well, good aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with game, steaks and all other dark meats that have been fried or grilled.
