Tasting note
White wine for gourmets with a pleasant scent of fresh fruit (citrus, pear, apple, orange blossom). On the palate, it is broad and silky, velvety and at the same time lively and fresh, with a slightly dry finish that cleanses the palate, persistent taste. A wine that immediately invites you to take another sip and doesn't make you tired. Low sulfite and moderate alcohol content A white wine perfect for a glass, as an aperitif or in between meals. To eat with good rice (ideal), fish and shellfish, with all types of cheese, with Asian dishes or with any light dish. Good and delicious.
