About the wine
The grapes from the Iberian peninsulas such as Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Bastardo and Sauzao were planted in Paso Robles California and pressed into a “fortification” by Cameron Woodbridge. This delicious blend has the necessary acidity to create a unique ripe blanace with a touch of Christmas spices and sweet plums.

Vinification
Aged for 36 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
