Tasting note
A single vineyard wine with a golden color. Beautiful high-quality perlage due to long bottle fermentation. White chocolate, hazelnut and brioche aromas. Plus very subtle roasted aromas. Wiston Estate Cuvée 2015 has a perfect structure. Very elegant and very precise, also due to the wonderful, fresh acidity.

100% fermented in used wooden barrels for 7 months. 8g/l residual sugar. Over 4 years of bottle fermentation.
