The best blanc de blancs are elegant, and this blanc de blancs from Wiston is one of them. A combination of long bottle fermentation and the best that Chardonnay produces. Aromas of peach, apricot, brioche and white stone. Perfect balance with the wonderful acidity. A very elegant blanc de blancs.
