Tasting note
A very high-quality sparkling wine made in the same way as champagne. Queen Elizabeth II christened the cruise ship “Britannia” with this sparkling wine, but it is actually a shame to throw this wine against a ship! What stands out is the balance of this wine, enough body and power, beautifully combined with great and fresh acidity, aromas of green apple and lime. Fine nut aromas from bottle fermentation for more than 4 years. The perlage is of very high quality and makes the Wiston Brut NV very elegant.
