Tasting note
The BARTH Riesling -extra brut- is the Rheingau classic and appears fresh with typical Riesling aromas of pineapple and peach. Riesling full of character with a fine structure, length and breed and little residual sweetness. A sparkling wine for lovers. An excellent accompaniment to Asian cuisine, fish and seafood, as well as vegetarian dishes.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Winzersekt Riesling Extra Brut goes well with mushrooms, duck and Asian food. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the organic sparkling wine is slightly chilled 6°-8°C, and the wine should be enjoyed during this period: now until 2022.
Vinification
The grapes were picked exclusively selectively by hand and vinified after the most gentle pressing. Traditional bottle fermentation, two years of yeast maturation.
