Tasting note
The bouquet unfolds an intense, complex, filigree aroma of ripe fruits (blackberry, raspberry) and fine herbal notes. The prelude on the nose is typical of the variety and gives a lot to expect. Delicate fruit notes then appear on the palate, reminiscent of strawberry and cherry. The fine tannins are velvety and soft on the palate. They harmonize with the fruity, balanced structure and leave a long-lasting, extremely delicate sensory impression in the finale. This Blauburgunder combines the many aspects of a large Swiss plant!
