Tasting note
Light flat yellow. On the nose of tropical fruits, pineapples, citrus, almond blossoms, apricots, with a touch of beeswax. Fresh and full in the mouth. Slightly green, slightly bitter with nice minerality. Exedra is fermented and aged in clay amphoras. The white wine produced in accordance with organic guidelines but not certified is unfiltered.
