Fresher character of red berries with floral aromas. Ripe and meaty on the palate. Dry (zero sugar), with high concentration. Culinary recommendation
Whispering Angel is a versatile wine. Its origins make it ideal as an accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes and charcuterie. If you follow the spice route to the Middle East, you can find countless recipes for which this rosé tastes delicious, whether light dishes with herbs or spicy dishes. It also goes wonderfully with Asian, such as spicy Thai, Vietnamese or Japanese specialties. Whispering Angel is an uncomplicated wine.
Vinification
100% fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maintained constant temperature for fermentation at 14 °C and “bâtonnage” of the yeast mixture. Aging in a tank on the yeast for three to four months.
