About the product
A balanced single malt Scotch whisky aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry and former refill barrels. This selection of casks gives the whiskey its complex and harmonious blend of fruitiness, spice and a touch of sweetness.

Tasting note
On the palate, moderately candied fruit, sherry sweetness, nutty and some milk chocolate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, especially lamb or beef, as well as with spicy cheeses such as gorgonzola or ripe cheddar. Wolfburn Aurora also goes perfectly with sweet desserts such as apple pie or creme brulee. Enjoy it alone or with a drop of water to further develop the aromas.
Vinification
Wolfburn Aurora is traditionally produced at Wolfburn Distillery, Scotland's northernmost mainland distillery. It matures in a combination of ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, which give it its rich, fruity complexity. Through artisanal production in small batches, each whiskey is carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality.
