Tasting note
Light amber color Smoky, peaty on the nose with hints of citrus and vanilla. Smoky again with subtle sea salt and citric nuances.

It goes well with grilled meats such as lamb or beef as well as with spicy game dishes. Strong cheeses such as Stilton or mature cheddar also perfectly complement the smoky notes of this whiskey. Enjoy it pure to experience the full aromas, or with a drop of water to bring out the fruitiness more.
Vinification
This single malt is traditionally produced in small batches at Glenturret Distillery, one of Scotland's oldest distilleries. After distillation, the whiskey ages for 10 years in oak barrels, which give it its complex aromas. The characteristic peaty taste is created by using peated malt during production.
