An exquisite single malt whiskey from the Isle of Arran, which gets a special sweetness and fruitiness from its post-aging in Sauternes wine barrels. This refinement gives the whiskey a unique balance between malty notes and intense fruit aromas.

Tasting note
Nice, golden color. Very floral and spicy on the nose, as well as scents of melon and marzipan. Spicy on the palate, aromas of honey and vanilla as well as sweet fruits and roasted oak wood. The finish is voluminous and long-lasting.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with sweet desserts such as creme brulee, fruit tarts or apricot tart. Spicy cheeses such as gorgonzola or blue cheese can also be wonderfully combined with this whiskey. Enjoy it alone or with a drop of water to accentuate the fruity and sweet aromas even more.
Vinification
First matures in traditional oak barrels before getting its finish in Sauternes wine barrels. The post-aging in the sweet wine barrels of the famous French dessert wine Sauternes gives the whiskey its intense fruit aromas and a fine sweetness, which harmonize perfectly with the Arran character.
