A unique single malt whiskey from the Isle of Arran, which gets a special fruitiness and depth due to its post-aging in Amarone wine barrels. This barrel refinement gives the whiskey a harmonious combination of sweet berry aromas and strong, malty notes.

Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of honey and pears as well as roasted almonds. On the palate, you can taste dark chocolate, cherry, ripe plums, fruit compote and cream candy. The aftertaste is balanced, elegant and full of finesse.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark chocolate, fruity desserts or even strong cheeses such as Manchego or blue cheese. This whiskey is also perfect with grilled lamb or duck dishes. Enjoy it pure to fully experience the fruity aromas, or with a drop of water to further develop its complexity.
Vinification
It is first aged in traditional oak barrels before being stored in Amarone wine barrels for a final refinement. The post-aging in the barrels of the famous Italian red wine gives the whiskey its characteristic fruitiness and depth. The combination of fruity red wine and the classic Arran character makes this whiskey particularly expressive.
