Tasting note
The mineral limestone of the Große Lage “Kirchspiel” expresses aromas of chalk, flint, stone fruit and dried flowers. A wonderful, rich Riesling local wine with a long finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually in several rounds and, after twelve hours of maceration, are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks.
