About the wine
The newcomer in Germany in recent years. 5 years ago, no one knew Tobias and Björn Knewitz (both around 25 years old) from Appenheim; today it is a top winery. It owns excellent sites whose limestone soils are suitable for the production of racy and mineral plants. And so are the wines from Knewitz: full-bodied, dense, with clear and expressive aromas and beautiful minerality and length. When it comes to Riesling, the brothers are regularly at their best.
